Bill Griffin, who currently serves as chairman of Browning Associates, graduated from Wilbraham Academy. From there he attended Denison University and graduated from the University of Connecticut with highest honors in history. He began his development work by volunteering as a class agent for Wilbraham. He joined the development staff at Teachers College, then served as vice-president for development at Briarcliff College before joining Browning Associates. His many volunteer roles have included chairing a head-search committee and then serving as chair of the board of trustees for Wilbraham & Monson Academy. Currently, he is a trustee of the Weekapaug Foundation for Conservation in Rhode Island and of the YMCA of Montclair, New Jersey.
